Our new format and expanded product line are escalating our sales volume at a rapid pace, providing affiliates with even better opportunities to derive income from referrals to Scrubs-Max.com. Plus, we've added even more incentives:

HOW DOES IT WORK? Commissions (credits) will be paid monthly during the first week of the month for the prior month's sales generated by your link. Payment will be at a rate of 15 % of sales and will be paid when $25.00 in credits have been achieved. At the end of the month, if $25.00 in credits have not been achieved, the balance will carry over into subsequent months until that benchmark has been reached. You may opt to be paid either by check or by deposit to your PayPal account.

Name
Address
email address
PayPal id (if you wish to have your commissions deposited into your PayPal account)

We will set you up with an account and email you the necessary URL for you to place on your site and a separate URL that you can use to track your account status.
