How do I shop and place and order?
The best way to place an order is online, using our convenient, secure shopping cart software. We make it easy to shop by providing handy categories to help you narrow your search and locate just the right garments and coordinates. We recommend focusing on the style of garment you're looking for, or the print style, first. To the left, you will see a menu of primary categories, for instance, "Cherokee". When you place your cursor over a menu option, additional specific options will appear, from which you may choose. It's as easy as 1-2-3!.
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out-of-stock in a particular size or color. When one of these items is selected, the shopping cart area will indicate that there is zero quantity available and the item will not appear on the final order. This avoids backordered situations and the resulting disappointment and frustruation. As an added benefit to our customers, we provide a handy link on the shopping cart page, which takes you to a chart that will tell you when a particular item is expected to be back in stock, so you can visit us again later and place an order for that item.
Here are a few more helpful hints:
- When coordinating solid colored items, always look for the color code, in order to ensure conformity of fabric texture and color. For instance, the code for the color black may be (BLK) or (BLKW), depending on the line of clothing.
- In addition to color codes, each product page has a clear and concise image and desciption of the item
- Images and links to best matching garments - coordinating styles and colors are found at the bottom of each product page, making it easy to mix and match. Because you are selecting from recommended options which are known to coordinate, the likelihood of a successful shopping experience is as close to a guarantee as you can get! No fuss, no hassles and a perfectly matched, trendy medical scrubs outfit is on it's way to your doorstep.
How do I ensure a proper fit?
We provide detailed measurement charts to aid in a successful size selection and, should you find a garment you've purchased does not fit, we offer a no-hassle exchange and return policy. Once you have purchased our products, you will know exactly what size to order going forward. If you have not shopped with us before and are planning to place a large order, are unsure of your size and time allows, we recommend ordering one of each item (ie, if you are ordering several tops and pants, order one of each). When they arrive, try them on to see how they fit and then place the rest of your order. We're very flexible, and if your first and second order totals $100 or more, let us know and we'll be happy to provide you with a refund of shipping charges on both orders.
When coordinating items, it is best to stay within one garment line (ie Cherokee Studio, Cherokee Basics, Cherokee Workwear, etc) We make it easy to do that by providing linked images of the coordinating and matching garments on each item page.
What method of payments may I use?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Money Orders, however keep in mind that your order does not ship until payment is received.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges reflected are "Real Time" data, drawn directly from the database of the shipping agent option selected (ie UPS)
Occasionally, only when it is more expedient for delivery to our customer, we may opt to ship via an alternative method from that selected at the time an order was placed. Since there is not a way for us to economically track this information on a per order basis, we absorb the cost differential.
How does your Free Shipping Offer work?
Occasionally we offer free shipping for orders totalling a specific amount. These offers apply only to orders shipped to addresses within the 48 continguous United States and are offered as an option automatically at checkout. Please note that, if an accurate delivery address is not provided and a free shipping package is returned to us, shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds provided or will be charged for re-shipment.
How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock items typically ship out within 1-4 business days (for orders placed on the weekend, Monday is the date from which to begin counting). We will notify you by email of any backordered items. Once items ship, delivery transit time will depend on the method of shipping selected. The map below will help you estimate UPS Ground delivery transit time (don’t forget to add 1-4 business days order processing time, when trying to estimate when you will receive your order).
UPS NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY AIR may expedite shipping time considerably, depending on your distance from our warehouses in Texas (see map below for regular UPS Ground shipping times). We treat these orders on a priority basis and they usually, but not always, ship out the next business day (for instance, if an order is placed on a Sunday, Monday would be the first business day and Tuesday would be the next business day). If there are backordered items on a priority order, the in-stock items will ship by the priority shipping method selected by the purchaser. The backordered items will ship regular UPS Ground and there will be a refund for the cost differential.

How do I track my order?
It's easy! When you place your order, an email is sent to you.
Why didn't I receive all the items I ordered?
If not all items you ordered arrive in the package, it is likely one or more of them is on backorder. Since we do not process orders for items that are known to be out-of-stock, this should be a rare occurence. However occasionally we are not aware of an out-of-stock situation. As soon as it is determined that an item is not immediately available, we send notification of the availability date by email to the purchaser. In addition, there is a notation made to the order, which can be viewed in the "My Account" section of the website. See backorder policy below.
What is your backorder policy?
We realize that backordered items can be inconvenient and/or disappointing for our customers and, for this reason, we do not offer products for sale that are known to be out-of-stock, even if it is only a temporary situation. Sometimes, however, we are not aware of an out-of-stock situation. In the event of a backorder, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and we do thank you for your patience.
Credit card orders which include backordered item(s) not scheduled to ship within 14 days will be refunded for outstanding items. This refund will represent the cost of un-shipped item(s) and any resulting sales tax / shipping cost adjustments. Once the item(s) ship, the credit card will be re-charged for the same amount and the customer will be notified by email. There will be no charge for shipment of backordered items, beyond the initial shipping charge.
Orders which contain backordered items and are paid for by means other than credit card (i.e. PayPal or Money Order) will be carried on a paid status until the backordered item(s) ship.
If there are backordered items on a priority order, the in-stock items will ship by the priority shipping method selected by the purchaser. The backordered items will ship regular UPS Ground and there will be a refund for the cost differential.
If you do not wish to carry items on a backorder status, please notify us and we will be happy to refund all costs associated with the item(s) you wish to cancel.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds will be for the purchase price paid, excluding shipping and handling charges (unless the product is defective, in which case a full refund of shipping and handling charges will be provided). All returns must be postmarked on the return package within 15 days of original delivery and must be in original condition, unworn/unwashed, with original tags attached. Please see exception to this policy under "CLEARANCE ITEMS" and "GROUP ORDERS" below.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: All sales are final on clearance items and returns or exchanges are accepted only if defective. Any items in this category are clearly marked as such, including a statement of the return policy, both in the item description and in the category headings.
GROUP ORDERS: If you have received a Group Order discount, some return restrictions may apply. Please inquire if uncertain.
Exchanges bound for delivery within the continental United States will be shipped for free the first time Subsequent exchanges for the same purchase will incur normal shipping charges.

- Place the garments you are returning in a box (the box the order came in works well, usually), along with the Packing Slip containing the instructions.
