Order Status

Up to the minute order information is available 24/7 via this automated service. Enter your order number (that is the Internal Order Number you received on your order confirmation) and your billing zip-code below to obtain the latest information, including the stage of processing and shipment tracking numbers that will enable you to track the date of shipment and in-transit information.

KEY:
The "Last Update" is not the shipping date. In order to obtain the shipping date, click on the tracking number and you will be taken to the respective shipping handler's website, where the shipping date will be notated.

If for some reason the tracking number link does not work, copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking number box in the shipping handler's website.

Tracking numbers beginning with the number 9 indicate the shipping handler is the US Postal Service, via Priority Mail for expedited delivery. Their website is www.USPS.com (Note: The US Postal System does not always scan packages in transit, so there may not be information)

Tracking numbers beginning with 1Z indicate the shipping handler is UPS. Their website is www.ups.com.

A note about WAREHOUSE STATUS: Orders move immediately to "warehouse" status once credit card or PayPal payments have been processed successfully. If an order is initiated just prior to or on a weekend, it may remain in warehouse status for several days, since our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Once an order ships, it remains in warehouse status until the next day, when our system updates, at which time a tracking number will be reflected and the order will indicate a "shipped" status.
